Project Details Are Coordinated With FSG
The manufacturer shares project information with Foam Sales Group, allowing our team to prepare accurate fabrication details while supporting consistent market pricing.
Takeoff & Formal Estimate Are Prepared
FSG completes the detailed takeoff, piece count, and fabrication estimate, delivering a clear and complete proposal to the customer while keeping all parties aligned.
Purchase Order Is Submitted
Once approved, the customer submits a purchase order directly to Foam Sales Group so production and scheduling can begin.
Fabrication, Tracking & Delivery
FSG fabricates the order and ships tapered and fill materials together for coordinated delivery, complete with color-coded QR labels and GPS tracking—followed by invoicing upon shipment.
